That's why we have put together a pan set from the French manufacturer de Buyer at a special price for you:

The 2-piece premium pan set from de Buyer consists of:
- Choc Extreme Pan 28 cm made of aluminium cast with non-stick coating
- Milady Pan 28 cm made of stainless steel with sandwich bottom

The Choc Extreme Pan has a diameter of 28 cm at the top edge, a frying surface of 22 cm and a contact surface of 18.5 cm. The body is made entirely of 3 mm thick aluminium cast, conducts heat evenly and reaches high temperatures. The inside of the pan is coated with a robust non-stick coating. The second pan in the set is designed for searing at high temperatures. It is a stainless steel pan from the de Buyer Milady series with a diameter of 28 cm, a frying surface of 22 cm and a contact surface of 21 cm. The body of the pan is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel. A 7 mm thick sandwich bottom ensures heat conduction. You can find detailed information about this collection on our Milady series page.
