Mit der de Buyer Air-System Kuchenform in der Größe 15 x 8,6 cm bringst du deine Backkünste auf ein neues Level. Diese aus perforiertem Edelstahl gefertigte Form ermöglicht durch ihre 2 mm großen Löcher eine optimale Luftzirkulation, was zu einem gleichmäßigen Backergebnis führt und die Backzeit um bis zu 25 % reduziert.
Der herausnehmbare Boden erleichtert das Entformen deiner Kreationen, sei es ein saftiger Rührkuchen oder ein herzhaftes Brot. Zusätzlich sind zwei exakt zugeschnittene Antihaft-Backtrennfolien im Lieferumfang enthalten. Diese Folien sind bis zu 200 Mal wiederverwendbar und temperaturbeständig von -170°C bis +260°C, sodass du flexibel zwischen kalten und heißen Zubereitungen wechseln kannst.
Die robuste Konstruktion aus 0,8 mm starkem Edelstahl garantiert Langlebigkeit und ist für den intensiven Einsatz konzipiert. Ob mit oder ohne Backtrennfolie – die Form bietet dir maximale Vielseitigkeit und ist ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für jeden ambitionierten Bäcker.
