With the de Buyer Air-System cake pan with a 24 cm diameter, you will achieve perfect baking results. Thanks to the microperforation of the stainless steel, the batter bakes evenly and develops a crispy crust. Baking time is reduced by up to 20%.

The removable base allows you to remove your cakes and tarts effortlessly. In addition, two reusable non-stick baking separation sheets are included, precisely tailored to the pan. These sheets can be used up to 200 times and are temperature-resistant from -170°C to +260°C.

Whether for cold or hot preparations – the Air-System cake pan is versatile and designed for intensive use. The 0.8 mm thick stainless steel guarantees a long service life. Without the separation sheet, there are virtually no temperature restrictions.

Ideal for preparing cake layers, quiches, or tarts – this pan will consistently deliver professional results.
