Steel baking pans with non-stick coating

The non-stick baking pans made of coated steel have good heat conductivity. The durable non-stick coating is based on PTFE, making it easy to remove baked goods and clean the pans. To maintain the properties of the non-stick coating, we recommend cleaning the pans by hand. Variants of the steel non-stick baking pans include tart pans with loose or fixed bottoms, cake and springform pans, and various pans for muffins, madeleines, and savarins.

Perforated stainless steel baking pans with baking release papers

A new product from de Buyer are the perforated stainless steel baking pans - Made in France. The robust, professional-grade stainless steel produces excellent results thanks to the 2 mm perforations. The baking pans can be used for cold or hot use. A removable bottom makes it easy to remove baked goods. Each baking pan comes with baking release papers cut to fit the shape of the pan. The baking release papers can be reused approximately 200 times and are temperature-resistant from -170°C to +260°C. Each pan can be used with or without the baking release papers. Fantastic!

Silicone baking molds

Baking molds made of steel are great, no question about it. Durable, robust, good heat conduction, a classic and indispensable. But sometimes it's difficult to remove the creations from the mold. The de Buyer silicone molds from the MOUL'FLEX series provide a solution.

Whoever can boast of inventing silicone molds deserves our thanks. Baking becomes child's play, no greasing, no sticking, easy cleaning and many possible uses. You can use silicone molds for classic baking, making a cake, making fine chocolates and even as an ice mold. Fantastic! And in 9 out of 10 cases, your creations will easily come out of the mold.

It's no surprise that de Buyer, as a partner of the pastry industry, has also developed silicone molds. The black Moul'Flex silicone molds are temperature-resistant from -40 to +280 degrees Celsius. Temperature fluctuations don't affect them. So you can safely (if necessary) put the molds directly from the freezer into the oven. The MOUL'FLEX molds are perfect for home baking events.

The range includes 15 molds for muffins, financiers, hemispheres, madeleines and more. Ready, set, bake!

Please note our important instructions and tips for using de Buyer silicone molds:

  • - Before first use, thoroughly clean the silicone molds with dish soap
  • - Also grease the molds with a little butter or oil the first time you use them. You only need to do this for the first use, not afterwards
  • - Always use the silicone molds in the oven on a rack, not on a baking sheet. This ensures perfect and even heat distribution
  • - Bake at the same temperatures as with conventional baking molds
  • - For baking with convection, place the mold on the middle rack, for top heat in the lower part
  • - Do not use the grill function, as the high temperatures can damage the molds in the long run
  • - Silicone molds are oven-safe, but do not use them on other heat sources
  • - Do not heat the molds empty. If you don't have enough filling for all the molds, fill the empty ones with water
  • - Do not use knives or similarly sharp tools in the silicone molds
  • - Simply clean the molds with hot water and a soft sponge

Adjustable stainless steel baking frames

Adjustable stainless steel baking frames have been popular with pastry chefs and bakers for their versatility for some time now. The advantage is clear, because whether you need a small or large mold, you are very flexible with the adjustable baking frames.

Baking frames are used either directly on the baking sheet or with a baking separator film or baking mat underneath. If you still need these, you can find them at de Buyer baking sheets and baking mats.
