Falls du auf der Suche nach einem robusten und vielseitigen Backblech bist, ist das runde Backblech von de Buyer mit 20 cm Durchmesser aus Blaustahl genau das Richtige für dich. Dieses Backblech eignet sich hervorragend für die Zubereitung von Kuchen, Quiches, Tartes und Pizzen.
Gefertigt aus 1 mm starkem, gebläutem Stahl, bietet es eine hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit und Langlebigkeit. Der Blaustahl schützt das Blech vorübergehend vor Korrosion und ermöglicht eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung, was zu optimalen Backergebnissen führt. Dank des niedrigen Rands kannst du deine Backwaren mühelos entnehmen.
Für die Nutzung empfiehlt es sich, entweder eine Backmatte oder Backpapier zu verwenden. Alternativ kannst du das Blech vor dem Gebrauch gut einfetten. Nach dem Backen sollte es ohne Spülmittel gereinigt, gründlich abgetrocknet und leicht eingeölt an einem trockenen Ort aufbewahrt werden. Das Backblech ist für Temperaturen von +15°C bis +340°C geeignet.
