Are you looking for a reliable baking tray for your kitchen? The round baking tray from de Buyer with a 24 cm diameter is an excellent choice for a variety of baking projects. Made from 1 mm thick blue steel, it is particularly robust and can withstand high temperatures up to 340 °C. This makes it ideal for preparing cakes, quiches, tarts, or pizza.
The low rim of the tray makes it easier to remove your baked goods and ensures even browning. To prevent sticking, it is recommended to use the tray with a baking mat or parchment paper, or to thoroughly grease it before use. After baking, the tray should be cleaned without detergent, dried well, and lightly oiled and stored in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
