Falls du auf der Suche nach einem robusten und vielseitigen Backblech bist, ist das runde Backblech von de Buyer mit 32 cm Durchmesser eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Gefertigt aus 1 mm starkem Blaustahl, zeichnet es sich durch seine Langlebigkeit und hervorragende Wärmeleitfähigkeit aus, was für gleichmäßige Backergebnisse sorgt.
Der niedrige Rand des Blechs erleichtert das Handling und ermöglicht ein einfaches Entnehmen von Backwaren wie Kuchen, Quiches, Tartes oder Pizza. Blaustahl bietet zudem den Vorteil, dass er hohe Temperaturen von bis zu 340° C verträgt, was ihn ideal für verschiedenste Backanwendungen macht.
Um ein Anhaften der Speisen zu verhindern, empfiehlt es sich, das Blech entweder mit einer Backmatte oder Backpapier zu nutzen oder es vor dem Gebrauch gründlich einzufetten. Nach dem Backen sollte das Blech ohne Spülmittel gereinigt, gut abgetrocknet und leicht eingeölt an einem trockenen Ort aufbewahrt werden, um Korrosion vorzubeugen.
