Falls du auf der Suche nach einem robusten und vielseitigen Backblech bist, ist das runde Backblech von de Buyer mit 40 cm Durchmesser genau das Richtige für dich. Gefertigt aus 1 mm starkem Blaustahl, zeichnet es sich durch seine Langlebigkeit und hervorragende Wärmeleitfähigkeit aus. Der niedrige Rand ermöglicht ein einfaches Handling und ist ideal für die Zubereitung von Kuchen, Quiches, Tartes oder Pizza.
Der Blaustahl schützt das Blech vorübergehend vor Korrosion. Um die Langlebigkeit zu gewährleisten, empfiehlt es sich, das Blech vor dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich einzufetten oder mit einer Backmatte bzw. Backpapier zu verwenden. Nach dem Backen sollte es ohne Spülmittel gereinigt, gut abgetrocknet und leicht eingeölt an einem trockenen Ort aufbewahrt werden.
Mit einem Temperaturbereich von +15° C bis +340° C ist dieses Backblech für hohe Temperaturen bestens geeignet. Es eignet sich hervorragend für die Zubereitung von knusprigen Pizzaböden oder saftigen Obstkuchen. Die gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung sorgt dabei für optimale Backergebnisse.
Bitte beachte, dass das Backblech nicht spülmaschinengeeignet ist. Durch die richtige Pflege und Handhabung wirst du jedoch lange Freude an diesem hochwertigen Produkt haben.
