Details
Your baking experience is taken to the next level with the de Buyer baking sheet. This rectangular sheet with sloped edges is made of 1 mm thick stainless steel and features a 3 mm perforation that allows optimal air circulation. This results in even heat distribution, leading to perfect baking results.
The sheet's excellent heat conduction ensures your baked goods are cooked evenly. It is ideal for use with baking paper or baking mats and is particularly suitable for silicone molds as well as convection ovens. However, note that without an additional liner it is not suitable for liquid or semi-liquid preparations.
Whether crispy baguettes, airy croissants or delicate cookies — a wide variety of baked goods turn out effortlessly with this baking sheet. The combination of high-quality stainless steel and thoughtful design makes it an indispensable tool in your kitchen.
