Gefertigt aus 2 mm starkem Aluminium, überzeugt dieses Backblech durch seine Formstabilität und exzellente Wärmeleitung. Die 3 mm Mikroperforationen ermöglichen eine optimale Heiß- und Kaltluftzirkulation, was zu gleichmäßig gebackenen und knusprigen Ergebnissen führt. Dank der hochwertigen Antihaftbeschichtung lassen sich selbst empfindliche Backwaren mühelos vom Blech lösen, sodass du auf zusätzliches Backpapier verzichten kannst.
Ob du nun knusprige Pizzaböden, zarte Meringues oder feine Tortenböden zubereiten möchtest – dieses Backblech ist dein idealer Begleiter. Beachte jedoch, dass es nicht für flüssige oder halbflüssige Zubereitungen geeignet ist.
