If you are looking for a high-quality baking tray that takes your baking results to the next level, the perforated baking tray from de Buyer is the perfect choice. With its dimensions of 40 x 30 cm, it offers plenty of space for a wide variety of baking creations.
Made from 2 mm thick aluminum, this baking tray impresses with its dimensional stability and excellent heat conductivity. The 3 mm micro-perforations allow optimal hot- and cold-air circulation, resulting in evenly baked and crispy results. Thanks to the high-quality non-stick coating, even delicate baked goods can be easily released from the tray, so you can forgo additional baking paper.
Whether you want to prepare crispy pizza bases, delicate meringues, or fine cake bases — this baking tray is your ideal companion. Please note, however, that it is not suitable for liquid or semi-liquid preparations. To ensure the longevity of the non-stick coating, we recommend washing the tray by hand and avoiding the use of sharp-edged metal utensils.
