Mit dem de Buyer Backblech aus der Patisserie-Serie bringst du deine Backkünste auf ein neues Level. Gefertigt aus 1,2 mm starkem Schwarzblech, sorgt es für eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung und ermöglicht so perfekte Backergebnisse. Die rauhe Oberfläche des Blechs schafft ein feines Luftpolster zwischen Blech und Teig, was das Ankleben verhindert und für eine knusprige Kruste sorgt.
Die geraden Kanten des Blechs bieten Stabilität und erleichtern das Handling, während die thermische Oberflächenbläuung einen temporären Schutz gegen Oxidation bietet. Ob Biskuit-, Blätter- oder Mürbeteig – dieses Backblech ist vielseitig einsetzbar und hält auch hohen Temperaturen problemlos stand.
Für optimale Ergebnisse empfiehlt es sich, das Blech mit einer Backmatte oder Backpapier zu verwenden. Alternativ kann es vor der Nutzung gut eingefettet werden. Bitte beachte, dass das Blech nicht für Arbeiten mit kalten Speisen geeignet ist.
