Details
Rechteckiges Backblech 53x32,5x1 cm (GN 1/1) mit schrägen Kanten. Das Backblech ist aus 2 mm starkem Aluminium, komplett beschichtet mit der de Buyer Choc 5 Antihaftbeschichtung. Das Backblech leitet die Hitze sehr gut, kann aber auch für kalte Zubereitungen genutzt werden. Ebenso kannst auf dem Backblech zusätzlich mit einem Rahmen oder Ring backen. Durch die sehr resistente Antihaftbeschichtung benötigst Du kein Backpapier mehr, es ist maximal ein leichtes Einfetten notwendig.
Das Backblech ist leicht, dennoch stabil und verformungsresistent. Damit Du lange Freude daran und vor allem an der Antihaftbeschichtung hast, möchten wir dir gerne ein paar Ratschläge mit auf den Weg geben:
- erhitze das Backblech nicht leer und überhitze es nicht,
- vermeide Temperaturschocks (heiß/kalt),
- nutze bitte keine scharfkantigen Metallgegenstände, schneide oder zerteile also bitte nicht auf dem Backblech,
- und - so leid es uns tut - reinige das Backblech bitte von Hand
