Dein Backerlebnis wird mit dem de Buyer Backblech auf ein neues Level gehoben. Dieses rechteckige Backblech aus der Patisserie-Serie überzeugt durch seine durchdachte Konstruktion und hochwertige Materialien.
Gefertigt aus 2 mm dickem, formstabilem Aluminium, gewährleistet es eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Die 3 mm Mikroperforation sorgt für eine optimale Heiß- und Kaltluftzirkulation, was zu gleichmäßig gebackenen Ergebnissen führt. Die langlebige Antihaftbeschichtung ermöglicht ein müheloses Lösen deiner Backwaren und erleichtert die Reinigung.
Ideal ist dieses Backblech für empfindliche Backvorgänge wie das Backen von Blätterteiggebäck, Tartes oder feinen Keksen. Bitte beachte, dass es nicht für flüssige oder halbflüssige Zubereitungen geeignet ist. Um die Qualität der Antihaftbeschichtung zu erhalten, wird Handwäsche empfohlen.
