Details
Baking sheet with an insulating double-walled base made of steel with a non-stick coating. The double-walled base heats the sheet moderately and prevents the dough bases from drying out. Ideal for pastries. For better handling, the baking sheet is equipped with a wide handle.
The baking sheet is made of 0.4 mm thick steel with excellent heat conduction, heat resistant up to 220° Celsius. A resistant non-stick coating is applied to this steel, which reduces the sticking of baked goods to the sheet. For perfect results, you should lightly grease the sheet before use. And to ensure you enjoy this baking sheet for a long time, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the sheet. Additionally - we're sorry to say - hand washing is recommended.
