Details
Mit der de Buyer Backtrennfolie in der Größe 60 x 40 cm erhältst du eine langlebige und umweltfreundliche Alternative zu herkömmlichem Backpapier. Hergestellt aus Glasfasergewebe mit PTFE-Beschichtung, bietet sie hervorragende Antihaft-Eigenschaften, die das Anhaften von Teig und Gebäck verhindern. So kannst du deine Backwaren mühelos von der Unterlage lösen, ohne sie zu beschädigen.
Die Folie ist extrem dünn und beeinträchtigt weder die Wärmeverteilung noch den Wärmekreislauf im Ofen. Ihre Flexibilität ermöglicht es, sie an verschiedene Backformen anzupassen. Bei Bedarf kannst du sie mit einer Schere zuschneiden, um sie perfekt auf deine Backform abzustimmen. Mit einer Temperaturbeständigkeit von -170°C bis +260°C ist sie sowohl für das Backen als auch für das Einfrieren geeignet.
Die Reinigung erfolgt einfach per Hand mit einem nicht scheuernden Schwamm. Vor dem Verstauen sollte die Folie gründlich getrocknet werden. Bitte beachte, dass sie nicht spülmaschinengeeignet ist. Bei nachlassenden Antihaft-Eigenschaften empfiehlt es sich, die Folie auszutauschen.
