Diese scharfen Edelstahlklingen ermöglichen präzise Einschnitte in den Brotteig, was nicht nur für eine ansprechende Optik sorgt, sondern auch die Krustenbildung und den Ofentrieb verbessert.
Die Klingen sind so konzipiert, dass sie mit minimalem Kraftaufwand durch den Teig gleiten. Dank des optimalen Schnittwinkels erzielst du saubere und gleichmäßige Ergebnisse. Es gibt zwei Varianten: eine feste Klinge, die während der Aufbewahrung geschützt ist und sich einfach handhaben lässt, sowie eine wendbare, gesicherte Klinge für zusätzliche Flexibilität.
Die Reinigung der Klingen erfolgt per Hand, während die Griffe spülmaschinenfest sind. Sobald die Klingen ihre Schärfe verlieren, sollten sie ausgetauscht werden, um stets optimale Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
