Details
Baking mold for baking two baguettes. The mold is perforated, allowing heat to circulate all around. Each mold has a size of 35.5 x 6 x 2.5 cm, and the entire sheet measures 37 x 17 x 2.5 cm.
The entire mold is made of 0.6 mm thick steel with excellent heat conduction, heat resistant up to 220° Celsius. A durable non-stick coating is applied to this steel, reducing the adhesion of baked goods to the mold. For perfect results, you should lightly grease the mold before use. And to ensure you enjoy this baking mold for a long time, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the mold. Additionally - we're sorry to say - hand washing is recommended.
