Your baking mold 3210.35 from de Buyer is an indispensable tool for perfect baking results. To maintain its functionality, the matching replacement baking release sheets are essential. These specially cut sheets are made of PTFE-coated fiberglass and provide an excellent non-stick surface that prevents dough from sticking and makes demolding easier.
With a thickness of 0.13 mm, the sheets are sturdy yet flexible, allowing them to conform optimally to the mold. They are suitable for use at temperatures from -170°C to +260°C, making them versatile—whether for sweet or savory baked goods. In addition, they can be reused more than 200 times, which is not only sustainable but also increases your productivity in the kitchen.
Using these baking release sheets saves you time and effort, as greasing the mold is unnecessary and cleaning is simplified. This allows you to fully concentrate on baking and easily prepare your favorite recipes, such as baguettes or ciabatta.
