Details
Mit der de Buyer Air-System Kuchenform mit 24 cm Durchmesser gelingen dir perfekte Backergebnisse. Dank der Mikroperforation des Edelstahls wird der Teig gleichmäßig gebacken und erhält eine knusprige Kruste. Die Backzeit verkürzt sich dabei um bis zu 20 %.
Der herausnehmbare Boden ermöglicht ein müheloses Entnehmen deiner Kuchen und Torten. Zudem sind zwei wiederverwendbare Antihaft-Backtrennfolien im Lieferumfang enthalten, die genau auf die Form zugeschnitten sind. Diese Folien sind bis zu 200 Mal verwendbar und temperaturbeständig von -170°C bis +260°C.
Ob für kalte oder heiße Zubereitungen – die Air-System Kuchenform ist vielseitig einsetzbar und für den intensiven Gebrauch konzipiert. Der 0,8 mm starke Edelstahl garantiert eine lange Lebensdauer. Ohne Backtrennfolie gibt es nahezu keine Temperatureinschränkungen.
Ideal für die Zubereitung von Tortenböden, Quiches oder Tartes – mit dieser Form erzielst du stets professionelle Ergebnisse.
