Gefertigt aus 1,2 mm starkem Kupfer, bietet sie exzellente Wärmeleitfähigkeit und ermöglicht ein schnelles und effizientes Aufschlagen von Eiweiß. Das Kupfer sorgt dafür, dass der Eischnee schneller steif wird und eine strahlend weiße Farbe erhält.
Die halbkugelförmige Gestaltung der Schüssel erleichtert das Einbringen von Luft in die Masse, was besonders bei der Zubereitung von Mousse, Soufflés oder Baisers von Vorteil ist. Der vernietete Ring-Griff aus Gusseisen gewährleistet eine sichere und komfortable Handhabung, selbst bei intensivem Gebrauch. Der gerollte Rand der Schüssel sorgt für zusätzliche Stabilität und erleichtert das Ausgießen von Flüssigkeiten.
Bitte beachte, dass die Schlagschüssel nicht spülmaschinengeeignet ist. Für die Reinigung empfiehlt es sich, die Schüssel mit warmem Wasser und mildem Spülmittel von Hand zu waschen.
