Güde Alpha Pear
The blade of the Güde Alpha Pear knives is hand-forged from a single piece. The blade is made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, which is processed by hand in over 40 steps. It is rustproof, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened.
The handle scales of all knives in the Güde Alpha Pear series are made of finely structured pear wood. The pear wood handle is, of course, not dishwasher safe. As the wood is a noble natural product, the color and grain may vary slightly from knife to knife. The company's trademark, the palm, is depicted on the middle rivet of each knife.
