Details

With the Riess Classic enamel Bundt pan in 24 cm diameter you can bake perfect marble cakes and other delicacies. This classic pan is made of enamelled steel and features a rolled rim for extra stability. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches. Thanks to the material’s excellent heat conduction the heat is distributed evenly, leading to optimal baking results. The pan responds quickly to temperature changes and is heat-resistant up to 450 °C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220 °C. For easy removal of the cake it is advisable to grease the pan well before baking and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. After baking it is easy to clean and ready for the next use.
