Details

With the Riess Classic blue enamel Bundt/pound cake tin you can bake both moist cakes and crusty breads. The pan is made of enamelled steel and features a pore-free smooth surface that is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches. Thanks to the material’s excellent heat conductivity, heat is distributed evenly, resulting in optimal baking results. The pan is heat-resistant up to 450 °C, with an operating temperature of 220 °C recommended. With dimensions of 25 cm length, 10 cm width and 7 cm height it offers a capacity of 1.5 liters. The combination of a black interior and blue exterior gives the pan a classic design. Whether for sweet or savory creations — this Bundt/pound cake tin is a versatile companion in your kitchen.
