Made of enamelled steel, it offers a pore-free, smooth surface that is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches. Thanks to its excellent heat conduction, the pan reacts quickly to temperature changes and ensures even baking results. It is heat-resistant up to 450 °C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220 °C. The rolled rim makes handling easier, and the seamless construction without a joint allows effortless release of your baked creations. Whether for marble Gugelhupf or other small cakes — this pan helps you create delicious baked goods in no time.
