Du möchtest kleine, perfekte Gugelhupfe backen? Die Riess Classic Backemaille Blau Mini Gugelhupfform mit 12 cm Durchmesser ist dafür ideal. Gefertigt aus emailliertem Stahl, bietet sie eine porenlos glatte Oberfläche, die hygienisch, geschmacksneutral sowie schnitt- und kratzfest ist. Dank der hervorragenden Wärmeleitung reagiert die Form schnell auf Temperaturänderungen und sorgt für gleichmäßige Backergebnisse. Sie ist hitzebeständig bis 450 °C, wobei eine Betriebstemperatur von 220 °C empfohlen wird. Der gebördelte Rand erleichtert die Handhabung, und die nahtlose Verarbeitung ohne Falz ermöglicht ein müheloses Entformen deiner Backkreationen. Ob für Marmorgugelhupf oder andere kleine Kuchen – mit dieser Form gelingen dir köstliche Backwaren im Handumdrehen.
