If you are looking for a high-quality baking tin for traditional Austrian cakes, the Riess Classic Blue Enameled Rehrücken Mold is just right for you. With its dimensions of 30 x 10 cm and a height of 6.7 cm, it is perfect for preparing Rehrücken, pâtés, or parfaits.

The mold is made of enameled steel and features a black interior and a light blue exterior. The rolled rim provides additional stability and durability. Thanks to the excellent heat conduction of the material, heat is distributed evenly, resulting in optimal baking results. The mold also responds quickly to changes in heat input, allowing you to control the temperature precisely.

The pore-free smooth enamel surface is hygienic, flavor-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches. This means you can cut the cake directly in the mold without damaging it. Cleaning is likewise uncomplicated, as residues can be removed easily.

The Rehrücken mold is heat-resistant up to 450°C, although the manufacturer recommends a operating temperature of 220°C. It is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. To prevent the batter from sticking, it is advisable to grease the mold well before pouring in the batter and to dust it with flour or breadcrumbs.
