Riess Classic Baking Pans

The easy-to-release Riess Classic baking pans, such as the fruit tart pan, bread pan, bundt pan, and cake pan made of black enamel, allow for optimal baking results. The Riess Classic baking pan range also includes pizza baking sheets with a diameter of up to 32 cm, as well as a saddle-shaped cake pan.

For clarification: The saddle-shaped cake pan is not used to prepare saddle-shaped cakes. The saddle-shaped cake, or "Rehrücken" in German, is an Austrian cake. Due to its resemblance to a saddle, the cake was given this name. As the baked cake is covered with chocolate glaze and studded with slivered almonds, it resembles the appearance of a saddle stuffed with bacon.

All baking pans are tasteless and cut- and scratch-resistant. They are seamlessly manufactured. Riess enamel baking pans are very hygienic and easy to clean thanks to their rust-free surface sealing.
