If you are looking for a versatile and durable baking pan, the Riess Classic oven pan with a 30 cm diameter is just right for you. This round pan made of enameled steel is seamlessly manufactured from a single piece and features a rolled edge that provides additional stability.

Thanks to the excellent heat conductivity of the material, the pan responds quickly to temperature changes and allows for even baking and roasting results. It is heat-resistant up to 450°C, although the manufacturer recommends an operating temperature of 220°C. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, flavor-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches, which makes cleaning easier and increases the longevity of the pan.

Whether you want to prepare juicy braised dishes, crispy casseroles, or traditional baked goods like pita or burek — this oven pan is your ideal companion. One tip: grease the pan well before baking and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs so the contents will release easily after baking.
