Details

The Riess Classic cake pan with a 20 cm diameter makes it easy to achieve perfect cake layers. This two-piece baking pan consists of a ring and a removable base, which greatly simplifies removing your baked creations. The pan is coated with black enamel inside and out and features subtle speckles, giving it a classic appearance.

Made of seamless, enameled steel, the pan offers even heat distribution and responds quickly to temperature changes. It is heat-resistant up to 450°C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220°C for optimal baking results. The non-porous smooth surface is hygienic, flavor-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches, which makes cleaning easier and supports the pan’s durability.

Whether you want to make classic cake layers, moist fruit cakes, or savory quiches — this cake pan is versatile and an indispensable tool for your baking projects.
