Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer vielseitigen und langlebigen Backform bist, ist die runde Bratrohrpfanne von Riess mit 38 cm Durchmesser genau das Richtige für dich. Diese aus emailliertem Stahl gefertigte Pfanne überzeugt durch ihre nahtlose Verarbeitung ohne Falz und den eingedrehten Rand, der für zusätzliche Stabilität sorgt.

Dank der hervorragenden Wärmeleitung des Materials reagiert die Pfanne schnell auf Temperaturänderungen und ermöglicht ein energiesparendes Kochen. Sie ist hitzebeständig bis 450°C, wobei der Hersteller eine Betriebstemperatur von 220°C empfiehlt. Die porenlos glatte Oberfläche ist hygienisch, geschmacksneutral sowie schnitt- und kratzfest, was die Reinigung erleichtert und die Langlebigkeit der Pfanne erhöht.

Ob du saftige Schmorgerichte, knusprige Aufläufe oder traditionelle Backwaren wie Pita oder Burek zubereiten möchtest – diese Bratrohrpfanne ist dein idealer Begleiter. Ein Tipp: Beim Backen die Pfanne gut einfetten und mit Mehl oder Bröseln bestreuen, damit sich der Kuchen nach dem Backen leicht lösen lässt.
