Details

If you're looking for a versatile baking dish for your mini oven, the Riess Classic mini oven pan is just the thing. With its dimensions of 24.8 x 20 cm it fits perfectly in smaller ovens and is ideal for casseroles, gratins or small cakes.

The pan is made of enameled steel, which ensures excellent heat conduction. This allows it to respond quickly to temperature changes and enables energy-saving baking. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches, so you can cut directly in the pan without damaging it.

Thanks to the rolled edge and the widened short sides, the pan sits securely in your hand and makes handling easier. It is heat-resistant up to 450 °C, although the manufacturer recommends an operating temperature of 220 °C. The black enamel with speckles also gives the pan a classic design that looks good in any kitchen.

Whether you want to prepare a savory casserole, a sweet gratin, or a small cake – with the Riess Classic mini oven pan your favorite dishes will turn out effortlessly and stylishly.
