Details

Falls du eine vielseitige Backform für deinen Mini-Backofen suchst, ist die Riess Classic Mini-Backofenform genau das Richtige für dich. Mit ihren Maßen von 24,8 x 20 cm passt sie perfekt in kleinere Backöfen und eignet sich hervorragend für Aufläufe, Gratins oder kleine Kuchen.

Die Form besteht aus emailliertem Stahl, was für eine ausgezeichnete Wärmeleitung sorgt. Dadurch reagiert sie schnell auf Temperaturänderungen und ermöglicht ein energiesparendes Backen. Die porenlos glatte Oberfläche ist hygienisch, geschmacksneutral sowie schnitt- und kratzfest, sodass du direkt in der Form schneiden kannst, ohne sie zu beschädigen.

Dank des gebördelten Rands und der verbreiterten kurzen Seiten liegt die Form sicher in der Hand und erleichtert das Handling. Sie ist hitzebeständig bis 450 °C, wobei der Hersteller eine Betriebstemperatur von 220 °C empfiehlt. Die schwarze Emaille mit Sprenklern verleiht der Form zudem ein klassisches Design, das in jeder Küche gut aussieht.
