Details

With the Riess Classic pizza tray with a 36 cm diameter, you can not only prepare crispy pizzas, but quiches and shallow fruit tarts also turn out excellently. The round baking pan is made of enameled steel and is manufactured seamlessly from a single piece, which ensures an especially smooth and hygienic surface. The rolled edge, also called a beaded rim, gives the tray additional stability.

Thanks to the material's excellent heat conduction, the pizza tray responds quickly to temperature changes and allows energy‑saving baking. It is heat‑resistant up to 450°C, although the manufacturer recommends an operating temperature of 220°C. The pore‑free smooth surface is not only hygienic and neutral in taste, but also cut‑ and scratch‑resistant, so you can cut your pizza directly in the tray without damaging it.

The smooth enamel surface makes cleaning particularly easy. In addition, the material is resistant to fruit acids and inhibits bacterial growth, which provides extra hygiene. With the Riess Classic pizza tray you get a versatile and durable baking utensil that should not be missing in any kitchen.
