Do you want to bake a perfect Gugelhupf? The Riess Classic Gugelhupf pan with an 18 cm diameter is ideal for this. Made from enameled steel in a seamless piece without seams, it offers a pore-free smooth surface that is hygienic, taste-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches. The rolled edge provides additional stability. Thanks to the excellent heat conduction of the material, the pan responds quickly to temperature changes and is heat resistant up to 450° C, with the manufacturer recommending an operating temperature of 220° C. Cleaning is particularly easy due to the smooth enamel surface. With this pan, classic sponge cakes and marble cakes are effortlessly successful.
