Do you want to bake small bundt cakes that not only taste delicious but also impress visually? Then the Riess Classic Mini Bundt Cake Pan with a 12 cm diameter is just right for you. Made from enameled steel, this baking pan stands out with its seamless construction without seams and the rolled edge, which ensures a particularly stable shape.
The excellent heat conduction of the material allows for an even baking result and reacts quickly to temperature changes. The pan is heat resistant up to 450 °C, with the manufacturer recommending an operating temperature of 220 °C. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches, which makes cleaning easier and ensures a long lifespan.
For optimal results, it is recommended to grease the pan well before filling it with batter and to dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. This way, the cake does not stick and can be effortlessly removed from the pan. With the Riess Classic Mini Bundt Cake Pan, you can easily create small cakes that are perfect for the coffee table or as a gift.
