Details

Do you want to bake a traditional venison roast or other delicacies? The Riess Classic venison roast pan made of enamel with dimensions of 30 x 10 cm is ideal for this. This semi-circular cake pan with characteristic grooves is made of enameled steel and features a beaded rim that provides additional stability. The black enamel coating inside and out ensures even heat distribution and responds promptly to temperature changes, leading to optimal baking results. The pan is heat resistant up to 450°C, with the manufacturer recommending an operating temperature of 220°C. Thanks to the pore-free smooth surface, the pan is hygienic, taste-neutral, as well as cut and scratch-resistant. It is suitable not only for cakes but also for pies or parfaits. For effortless removal, it is recommended to grease the pan well before filling and dust it with flour or crumbs. This way, nothing sticks, and your baked creations can be easily released.
