Do you want to take your baking skills to the next level? Then the Riess Classic cake pan with a 24 cm diameter is just right for you. This two-piece, round baking pan consists of a ring and a removable base, making it easy to remove your cakes. The elegant black enamel design with speckles not only gives the pan an appealing look but also provides a pore-free smooth surface that is hygienic, taste-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches.

Made from enameled steel and seamlessly crafted from a single piece without seams, the pan offers excellent heat conduction and quickly responds to temperature changes. It is heat resistant up to 450 °C, with the manufacturer recommending an operating temperature of 220 °C. The turned edge (flanged) provides additional stability and durability.

The Riess Classic cake pan is versatile and suitable for both baked and chilled cake varieties. Thanks to the high-quality enamel coating, cleaning is a breeze. With this baking pan, you can effortlessly create delicious cakes like Sachertorte, Linzertorte, or Malakofftorte.
