The de Buyer Affinity frying pan with a 24 cm diameter offers professional performance with an elegant appearance and maximum ease of use. Made from an innovative 5-layer stainless steel multi-material, this pan ensures rapid and even heat distribution up to the upper edge. Temperature changes are transmitted directly to the food, so you always have full control over your cooking results. Whether you want to sear meat, gently cook vegetables or prepare crispy pan dishes – the Affinity series performs convincingly in every cooking situation.
The high-quality ceramic coating enables low-fat and healthy frying, as food hardly sticks. It is heat-resistant, durable and ideal for everyday use. By combining a stainless steel body with a ceramic coating you get the advantages of both materials: precise heat conduction, easy cleaning and an especially long-lasting surface.
With a diameter of 24 cm and a height of around 4.1 cm, this pan is ideal for medium portions or family meals. Thanks to its 19 cm induction base it sits stably on all types of hobs, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass. The pan can also be used in the oven without any problem – perfect for gratinating or keeping food warm.
