The de Buyer Affinity frying pan with a 32 cm diameter combines a generous cooking surface with state-of-the-art technology and elegant design – ideal for all cooking enthusiasts with high standards. Made from a 5-layer stainless steel multi‑layer material, this pan ensures rapid and even heat distribution all the way to the edges. In this way every spot is heated optimally and temperature fluctuations are quickly balanced – so even large dishes succeed with consistency and perfection.
The high-quality ceramic coating allows low-fat frying without ingredients sticking – perfect for conscious and enjoyable cooking. Despite its size it remains versatile: whether you brown vegetables, sear meat sharply or reduce sauces – the Affinity 32 cm delivers excellent results.
With a diameter of 32 cm it is ideal for several people or large portions. The induction base (≈ 25 cm) provides stability and efficient energy transfer on all hob types – including induction, gas, electric and glass-ceramic. You can also use the pan in the oven, e.g. for gratinating or keeping dishes warm.
