Details
The Affinity cookware by de Buyer stands out with high conductivity & responsiveness. The body, made of multi-layer material, is crafted from 5 layers: roughly speaking, two stainless steel layers encase a continuous core of aluminum. This core, extending to the top edge, ensures rapid heating on all types of stoves, with side walls and bottom being equally heated, and changes in temperature settings being directly transferred to the interior of the pot. Cooking to perfection, in other words. This is noticeable on all types of stoves, especially on induction cooktops.
