Details
With the de Buyer baking tray made of blackened sheet steel you can take your baking skills to a new level. This rectangular tray with straight edges is made from 1.2 mm thick rolled steel and ensures even heat distribution so your baked goods turn out perfectly every time.
The slightly rough surface of the tray creates a fine air cushion between the tray and the dough, which reduces sticking and produces crispy results. Whether sponge, puff or shortcrust pastry — this baking tray is versatile and can easily withstand high temperatures.
Thanks to the thermal surface bluing, the tray has temporary protection against oxidation. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the tray with a baking mat or baking paper or to grease it well before use. Please note that it is not suitable for preparing cold foods.
With dimensions of 53 x 32.5 cm, this baking tray offers ample space for your baking creations and impresses with its dimensional stability in the oven. An indispensable tool for every passionate baker.
