Details
If you are looking for a reliable baking sheet for your creations, the de Buyer baking sheet with sloped edges made of black steel is just the thing for you. Manufactured from 1.2 mm thick black steel, it ensures even heat distribution and thus enables perfect baking results. The rough surface of the sheet creates a fine air cushion between the sheet and the dough, which prevents sticking and produces crisp results. The sloped edges make handling and removing baked goods easier. Thanks to the thermal surface bluing, the sheet is temporarily protected against oxidation. It is ideal for baking sponge cake, puff pastry, shortcrust pastry and much more. The sheet withstands high temperatures without difficulty and remains dimensionally stable. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the sheet with a baking mat or baking paper or to grease it well before use. Please note that the sheet is not suitable for working with cold ingredients. After use it should be cleaned by hand and lightly greased to preserve its quality. With this baking sheet you are well equipped to take your baking skills to the next level.
