Falls du auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Backblech für deine Backkreationen bist, ist das de Buyer Backblech mit schrägen Rändern aus Schwarzblech eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Mit seinen Maßen von 60 x 40 cm bietet es ausreichend Platz für vielfältige Backvorhaben.
Gefertigt aus 1,2 mm starkem Schwarzblech, zeichnet sich dieses Backblech durch eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung aus, die für ein gleichmäßiges Backergebnis sorgt. Die leicht raue Oberfläche schafft ein feines Luftpolster zwischen Blech und Teig, was das Anhaften reduziert und zu knusprigen Ergebnissen beiträgt. Die schrägen Kanten erleichtern das Handling und ermöglichen ein einfaches Entnehmen des Backguts.
Dank der thermischen Oberflächenbläuung ist das Blech vorübergehend vor Oxidation geschützt. Es ist ideal für das Backen von Biskuit-, Blätter- und Mürbeteigen sowie für viele weitere Anwendungen geeignet. Das Blech hält hohen Temperaturen problemlos stand und bleibt dabei formstabil.
Für optimale Ergebnisse empfiehlt es sich, das Backblech mit einer Backmatte oder Backpapier zu verwenden. Alternativ kann es vor der Nutzung gut eingefettet werden. Bitte beachte, dass dieses Blech nicht für die Verarbeitung von kalten Speisen geeignet ist.
