With the de Buyer Baking Molds Box Cakedesign you have everything at hand to create impressive cakes and tarts. This comprehensive set from de Buyer’s Patisserie series provides high-quality tools for professional baking results.
The set includes a stainless steel cake ring with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 4.5 cm, ideal for even baking results. In addition, you receive a 10-meter separating film, specially designed for cold processing, which makes it easier to release your creations.
For precise decorating you have a reusable piping bag made of flexible nylon with a length of 34 cm. The set also includes six piping nozzles made of Tritan, organized in a practical holder. The selection includes two round nozzles with diameters of 11 mm and 15 mm, a St. Honoré nozzle with a 9 mm diameter, two star nozzles (PF10 and PF14), and a square nozzle with a 10 mm side length.
The set is rounded off by an 8-meter roll of non-stick baking paper with a width of 38 cm, making baking and cleaning easier.
With this set you are well equipped to professionally create and decorate cakes, tarts, and other baked goods. The high-quality materials and well-thought-out tools help you take your baking skills to the next level.
