With de Buyer’s adjustable baking ring you can design your baked creations flexibly. The base diameter is 18 cm with a height of 4.5 cm and can be extended up to 36 cm. Thanks to the external markings in 2-cm increments, you can set the desired size precisely and secure it firmly with the stainless steel clamps.
The smooth interior ensures a flawless surface on your baked goods. Placed on a firm base such as a baking mat, the ring remains relatively tight so that no batter leaks out. Made from high-quality stainless steel, the baking ring is durable and easy to clean.
