Details
With the round cake pan from de Buyer measuring 26 cm in diameter, you can effortlessly bake moist cakes, airy sponge cakes, and creamy cheesecakes. Made from 0.4 mm thick steel, it provides excellent heat conduction and even baking results. The durable non-stick coating allows the baked goods to release easily and makes cleaning easier. The pan is heat-resistant up to 220°C and should be lightly greased before use. Please do not use metal utensils to protect the coating, and wash the pan by hand without abrasive scouring pads. Not dishwasher-safe. With this high-quality baking pan from de Buyer, nothing stands in the way of your baking enjoyment.
