Details

Die Shun Classic Serie des japanischen Herstellers KAI ist mittlerweile, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, ein wahrer Klassiker. Klassische Schmiedekunst vereint mit modernen Herstellungsverfahren. Der Schneidkern aus hartem VG-Max Stahl wird umhüllt von 32 Lagen rostfreiem Stahl im Damaszenerstil. Die Klinge ist dadurch gleichermaßen flexibel und stabil.

Wahlweise findest du Griffe aus dunklem Pakkaholz oder eschefarbenem Pakkaholz in der Shun Classic White Kollektion. Beide Griffvarianten sind kastanienförmig gestaltet mit weicher Kante rechts. Dadurch liegen die Griffe speziell bei Rechtshändern perfekt in der Hand. Für Linkshänder gibt es gesonderte Modelle, bei denen die Kante links liegt.
