If you are looking for a versatile and precise knife for your kitchen, the KAI Shun Classic Kiritsuke with a 9 cm blade is an excellent choice. This knife combines traditional Japanese forging craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques and is ideal for fine cutting tasks such as chopping herbs, slicing vegetables, or filleting fish.

The core of the blade is made from VG-MAX steel with a hardness of 61±1 HRC, clad with 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel. This construction gives the blade both hardness and flexibility, allowing for precise and clean cuts. The double-beveled blade provides excellent sharpness and makes cutting in both directions easy.

The ergonomically shaped handle made of dark pakkawood fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its traditional chestnut shape. The soft edge on the right side offers additional comfort and safety while cutting. The full tang ensures optimal balance and stability of the knife.

With the KAI Shun Classic Kiritsuke 9 cm you get a high-quality tool that elevates your culinary skills to a new level and reliably supports you in preparing a wide variety of dishes.
