If you are looking for a high-quality steak knife set that impresses both in functionality and design, the KAI Shun Classic Set is exactly right for you. This exclusive set combines a precise steak knife with a matching oak steak board and is limited to 1,500 pieces.

The centerpiece of the set is the steak knife with a 12 cm blade made of 32-layer Damascus steel. The VG-10 steel core provides exceptional sharpness and durability. The convex grind of the blade allows effortless slicing of steaks and other meat dishes without damaging the fibers. The laminated pakkawood handle feels comfortable in the hand and offers a balanced feel while cutting.

The set is complemented by an oak steak board measuring 30 x 22 x 2 cm. The board’s robust surface is ideal for serving and cutting steaks, as it protects the blade while providing an attractive presentation.

To maintain the quality and sharpness of the knife over the long term, it is recommended to wash the knife by hand with lukewarm water after use and dry it immediately. The handle can be occasionally treated with a plant oil, such as linseed or coconut oil. The steak board should also be cleaned by hand and oiled regularly to ensure the longevity of the wood.
