Details
A wok in almost classic form with strongly inclined side walls and a small, flat bottom. It has a capacity of 4.0 liters, a diameter of 32 cm at the upper edge, and a contact surface of 10 cm with a height of 12 cm.
The cookware of the Affinity series is made of 2 different materials with 5 layers. Roughly speaking, two layers of stainless steel (inside matt, outside highly polished) enclose a continuous core of aluminum. This core, which extends to the upper edge, ensures rapid heating on all types of stoves. The even distribution of heat ensures that the food is heated equally from the side walls and the bottom. Changes in temperature settings are directly transmitted to the inside of the pot. Perfect cooking every time. This is particularly noticeable when using induction stoves.
The wok is equipped with two ergonomically shaped, riveted stainless steel cast handles. Thanks to the material used and the shape, the handle only heats up slightly and remains easy to grip even at high temperatures.
