This roasting pot is made from a 2.5 mm thick composite material that ensures optimal heat distribution. The exterior layer of brushed copper not only provides an attractive appearance but also excellent heat conductivity. The interior is coated with a layer of 18/8 stainless steel, which ensures durability and easy cleaning. In addition, the base is fitted with a 0.5 mm thick layer of ferritic steel, making the pot suitable for induction cooktops as well.
With a capacity of 4.65 liters and a height of 11 cm, the pot offers ample space for larger portions. The ergonomically shaped polished stainless steel handles remain comfortably cool during cooking and allow for safe handling. The included lid seals the pot tightly so that aromas and moisture are retained.
