This sauté pan is made from 1.8 mm thick solid copper, known for its outstanding heat conductivity. As a result, the pan heats evenly and quickly, giving you precise temperature control. The interior is lined with 0.2 mm stainless steel, providing a durable and easy-to-maintain cooking surface. Additionally, the base is equipped with a 0.5 mm layer of magnetic chrome steel, making the pan suitable for induction cooktops as well.
With a capacity of 4 liters and a height of 7.2 cm, this sauté pan offers ample space for preparing a variety of dishes. Whether you want to make a hearty risotto, a delicate sauce, or a braised dish, this pan supports you perfectly. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle sits comfortably in the hand and stays cool during cooking, making handling safe and comfortable.
