This sauté pan is made of 1.8 mm thick, solid copper, known for its excellent thermal conductivity. As a result, the pan heats evenly and quickly, allowing for precise temperature control. The interior is lined with 0.2 mm stainless steel, providing a durable and easy-care cooking surface. In addition, the base is equipped with a 0.5 mm thick layer of magnetic chrome steel, making the pan suitable for induction cooktops as well.
With a capacity of 4 liters and a height of 7.2 cm, this sauté pan offers ample space for preparing a variety of dishes. Whether you want to make a hearty risotto, a delicate sauce, or a braised dish — this pan supports you optimally. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle feels comfortable in the hand and stays cool during cooking, making handling safe and comfortable.
The satin-finished copper surface not only gives the pan an elegant appearance but is also low-maintenance. Over time the copper develops a natural patina that enhances the character of the cookware. If you prefer the original shine, it can be easily restored with a suitable copper polish.
This sauté pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and can be used in the oven up to a temperature of 280°C. This equips you well for a wide range of cooking techniques.
